Hémisphère, one of Dakar’s largest travel agencies, relies on NETLOGIK to manage and maintain its IT infrastructure.
The estate comprises 20 computers, 15 of which are thin clients within a client-server architecture. NETLOGIK provides preventive maintenance with two visits a week, as well as:
- management of the file-sharing and backup servers, based on a Synology solution;
- technical and office-software support for users;
- support and updates for the specialist software used to search for and book flights.
This collaboration gives the agency a reliable, high-performance infrastructure, essential to the continuity of its daily operations.
