The International Labour Organization (ILO), based in Dakar, supports enterprises in their structuring and organisational development. For its activities, the ILO chose NETLOGIK to manage and maintain its IT equipment.
For more than five years, NETLOGIK has supported the Dakar office, a team of about ten consultants and administrative staff, in operating and maintaining its technology infrastructure, including a centralised data server.
Main highlights of this collaboration:
- complete management of about 20 workstations;
- weekly visits for preventive maintenance and technical follow-up;
- administration of the file-sharing and backup servers, based on a Synology NAS solution;
- day-to-day support for users in IT and office software.
This lasting partnership reflects NETLOGIK’s ability to provide reliable, responsive support suited to the needs of international organisations, ensuring the continuity and performance of their activities.
